Problems with SD card and Voice Recorder

I have been having a lot of problems with my sd card when using voice recorder. When i use Voice Recorder it lets me record but when I try to play the recording it says no SD card and asks if it is mounted to the computer. Has anyone else experianced this?

Does the card show up when you check the stats of it in settings? And if it does, unmount/eject and maybe try reseating it. Could possibly be a bad card or it may be going bad.
